MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 147
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE 1982-1984 AREA DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT
FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for state assistance under
the Area Development Fund, dated May 12, 1983, to the Department of
Local Government, Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $16,208.91 in
State Funds for the purchase of equipment for the Finance Department
of the City of Paducah is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby
authorized to execute the. aforesaid application and to file same with
the Department for Local Government of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Said application is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if set
forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its adoption.
