A MUNICIPAL ORDER SELECTING AND DESIGNATING ALLEN AND KLEET AND ASSOCI-
, CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO AUDIT THE RECORDS OF THE
C PLANT BOARD OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FROM JULY 1, 1983 TO JUNE
30, 1984
WHEREAS, KRS 96.840 provides that an audit of the records of the Electric
Plailt Board shall be made annually by an auditor selected by the Legislative Body
of the City, and that the expense of said audit shall constitute an operating
exp nse of the Electric Plant Board, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted by the Electric Plant Board on the 14th
day of December, 1983, said Board recommended to the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah that Allen and Kleet and Associates, Certified Public Accountants,
be #ppointed to make an audit of the Electric Plant Board's records from July 1,
198l to June 30, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:'
SECTION 1. That Allan and Kleet and Associates, Certified Public Ac-
cou tants of Paducah, Kentucky, are hereby selected and designated to audit the
rec rds of the Electric Plant Board of the City of Paducah as provided by KRS
96.'40 and that the expense of such audit shall constitute an operating expense of
sail Board.
SECTION 2. The compensation for such audit shall be based upon the
sta dard fees of Certified Public Accountants, however, the total cost of same
sha 1 not exceed the sum of $8,200.00.
SECTION 3. That the Clerk of this Board forward a certified copy of this
Ordflr to the Superintendent of the Paducah Power System and to the Chairman of the
E14tric Plant Board of the City of Paducah.

SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
date of its adoption.
