A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY -CLERK TO
EXECUTE A LEASE BY AND BETWEEN THE DOWNTOWN PADUCAH KIWANIS CLUB AND
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY ON BROADWAY FOR
RECREATIONAL USE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky,. be authorized and directed to execute a lease
between the Downtown Paducah Kiwanis Club,and,thelCity--of "Paducah,
Kentucky, a copy of said Lease is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if-set`out'in full -herein.
SECTION -I.- This Municipal Order shall,be in full force and
effect from and �.Ifter the date`,of its adoption:
