A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER
THE 1982-1984 AREA DEVELOPMENT FUND TO THE DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for state assistance under the Area
Development Fund, dated September 27, 1983 to the Department of Local Government,
Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting „$16,208.91 in State Funds, for -th,e purchase
of equipment for the Finance Department of the City of Paducah, is hereby ap-
proved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid application and to file same with.'the Department for Local
Government of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Said application is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, as if set forth in full herein..
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the-date°of its adoption.
