A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER
THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT PROGRAM OF THE U. S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR. -TO EXECUTE SAID_DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for Federal assistance under the Urban
Development Action Grant Program, dated November 30, 1983, to the U. S. Department
of Housing and..Urban Development, reques.ting.$650,000 in -Federal funds for parti-
cipation with Genex Corporation in an economic development project is hereby
approved. _
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid application and to file same with the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development. Said application is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, as if set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
