A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 128, ADOPTED ON DECEMBER 28,
1982, AUTHORIZING PADUCAH WATER WORKS TO ENTER INTO AN EASEMENT WITH CHRISTINE
ALLISTON _
WHEREAS, Christine Alliston is the owner of certain property, in Paducah,
Kentucky, adjoining property owned by Paducah -Water Works, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Alliston was formerly holder of an easement across said
property, and
WHEREAS, certain construction in the area has caused Ms. Alliston to be`
unable to have access onto her property by way of the previous easement, and
WHEREAS, Ms.; Alliston is desirous of obtaining an easement across said
property and Paducah Water Works- is desirous of granting same, for thepurpose of
providing a roadway for ingress and egress to said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Paducah Water Works be authorized to enter into an ease-
ment with Christine Alliston, for the use of a strip of land trefr-414 twelve (12)
feet in width across a portion of Lot No. 27 of the Flournoy, Norton,. Trimble and
Harris Addition to the City of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky; and more par-
ticularly described in the easements attached hereto' and made a part thereof as if
set out in full herein.
SECTION 2. Said easements shall be approved by the Mayor and the, Cor-
poration Counsel.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
