A MUNICIPAL ORDER WAIVING THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSE FEE FOR LOURDES
WHEREAS,Lourdes Hospital has applied to the Commonwealth of Kentucky for
licenses to serve beer and wine with meals delivered to patients, rooms in said
hospital; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah requires Alcoholic Beverage Licenses for such
service; and
WHEREAS, -Lourdes Hospital is a non-profit organization and is providing
beer and wine service for in -room patient service; and
WHEREAS, beer and wine sales will not be made to the general public.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the license fee for a retail drink license and a retail
beer license for Lourdes Hospital be, and is hereby, waived; and the Alcoholic
Beverage Administrator is hereby authorized to issue said license without the payment
of the annual license fee.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
