HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 242419 MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 242 A MUNICIPAL ORDER WAIVING THE TAP -ON FEE TO THE PROPOSED CROOKED CREEK INTERCEPTOR SEWER (PHASE I) FOR INDIVIDUALS AS INDICATED ON PLANS ON FILE IN THE CITY ENGINEER'S OFFICE WHEREAS, certain property owners listed below have granted the City of Paducah right-of-way easements for the construction of the proposed Crooked Creek Interceptor Sewer (Phase I) project. BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: That the sewer tap -on fee for connecting to the proposed Crooked Creek Interceptor Sewer (Phase I), as indicated on the plans on file in the office of the City Engineer, be waived for Stephen W. Luigs, Marie Robertson Clark, Mary Judith Wilkey, William G. Skinner, J. W. Keiler, et al, and property owned by the John Smith and Tom Garrett estates, be waived. All costs incurred for making the connections to the City sewer system will be the responsibility of the individual property owners authorized in Section 1 and shall in no way become a responsibility of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
