MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 237
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE UNDER
THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT PROGRAM OF THE U.S.. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for federal assistance under the Urban
Development Action Grant Program, dated January 31, 1985, to the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development, requesting $721,100 in Federal funds for economic
development purposes.is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid application and to file same with the U. S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development. Said application is attached hereto and made a part
hereof as if set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
