A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH WATER WORKS FOR
PAYMENT BY THE CITY OF $2,500.00 PER MONTH FOR SEWER SERVICE AND FACILITY CHARGES FOR
THE MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM
WHEREAS, Paducah Water Works collects sewer charges for the City of
Paducah; and
WHEREAS, Paducah Water Works has requested that their compensation for
collecting this fee be adjusted.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Paducah Water Works is authorized to retain the sum of
$2,500.00 per month from the sewer service and facility charges for the municipal
sewer system to reimburse them for their charge for collecting this amount on behalf
of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
