A MUNICIPAL ORDER ESTABLISHING JAYCEE CIVIC CENTER RENTAL RATES

WHEREAS, due to the increase in costs of operating the Jaycee Civic Center, it is
necessary that rental rates be increased.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Effective January 1, 1987, rental rates for the Jaycee Civic Center will
be as follows:
1 -Day Rental
(a.) Dance, Dinner, Picnic $250.00
(b) Stage Shows, Trade Shows &
Events Charging Admission 275.00
(c) Non -Profit Organizations,
Union Meetings, etc. 225.00
(d) School -Related Groups,
Religions Organizations,
Recreational Activities 200.00
Multi -Day Rates:
First day - Full Rates, per schedule
2nd day 200.00
3rd day 200.00
Each additional day 150.00
SECTION 2. Reservations in existence prior to the date of this Order will not be
affected 'by these rates.
SECTION 3. There shall be no free rentals except to City -related entities or City -
sponsored and/or participative activities; e.g., Summer Festival, RSVP, etc.
SECTION 4. The Director of Parks and Recreation may direct a Fifty Dollar ($50.00)
flat charge for rental to other governmental entities working in conjunction with the City or
McCracken County.
SECTION 5. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
