A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING A VISA AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to obtain financial accommodations
from Citizens Bank and Trust Company through the use of VISA cards; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah intends to authorize the Mayor and City
Manager to use such VISA cards for and in connection with business for the City of
Paducah; and
WHEREAS, The City agrees to assume sole responsibility for the use of such
VISA cards, and to pay Citizens Bank for all indebtedness incurred by use of such
cards.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the VISA agreement between the City of Paducah and Citi-
zens Bank and Trust Company, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Manager of the City of Paducah are hereby
authorized to execute the aforesaid VISA agreement.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
