A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING H. C. MATHIS, JR. TO REPLACE H. C. MATHIS,
DECEASED, AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL
COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 to KRS 165.200, it is hereby ordered
that H. C. Mathis, Jr. be appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of Paducah
Junior College, to fill the vacancy created by the death of H. C. Mathis, so that
said Board of Trustees shall be composed of the following City members:
Marshall E. Nemer
William A. Feiler
J. William Howerton
Mrs. Ann Denton
H. C. Mathis, Jr.
A. Howard Arant
Howard Z. Gray
Jack Rottgering
Mrs. Catherine Hassman
Coy Stacey
Mrs. Shirley Moore Menendez
Dr. Wally 0. Montgomery
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
