MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 366
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR KENTUCKY LEGAL RECORDS
PROGRAM -FOR MICROFILMING RECORDS IN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application to the Kentucky Department for Libraries
and Archives, Commonwealth of Kentucky, for microfilming records in the Engineering
Department, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to execute
the aforesaid application and to file same with the Department for Libraries and
Archives of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Said application is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, as if set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
