A MUNICIPAL ORDER WAIVING MINIMUM SCORE ON POLICE DEPARTMENT EXAMINATION
FOR LIEUTENANTS AND CAPTAINS
SECTION 1. That the requirement of a minimum passing score be waived for
officers who took an examination on August 17, 1985, for promotion to the ranks of
Lieutenant and Captain in the Police Department.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
