A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE GRANT APPLICATION TO THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION FOR BARKLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT RUNWAY REPAIRS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration,
and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $110,000.00. in funds for the repair to
Barkley Regional Airport runways, is hereby.approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized toexecute the
aforesaid application and to file same with the Federal Aviation Administration and
the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
SECTION 3. This order shallbe in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
