A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF A PROPOSAL UNDER THE PURCHASE
AREA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO THE CABINET FOR HUMAN RESOURCES, COMMONWEALTH OF
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the proposal for state assistance under the Purchase Area
Development District Incentive Awards, dated June 7, 1985, to the Cabinet for Human
Resources, Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $30,000.00 in state funds for the
purpose of serving female single parents, be approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to
execute the aforesaid proposal and to file same with the Cabinet for Human Resources
of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Said proposal is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
