MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 325
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN INTERLOCAL COOPERATION
AGREEMENT (KML POOLED LEASE PROGRAM)
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to participate in a Pooled Financing
Program (KML Pooled Lease Program).
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to sign an Interlocal Cooperation
Agreement to participate in the Kentucky Municipal League Lease Program. This
Agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as it set out in full.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
