A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF PROJECT
COMPLETION FOR U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT UDAG GRANT NO.
B -78 -AB -21-0001
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah received UDAG Grant No. B -78 -AB -21-0001 from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development in 1978 in the amount of $2,900.,000 for the
development of the Julian Carroll Convention Center; and
WHEREAS, all activities necessary to carry out this project have been properly
completed; and
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has requested that a
Certificate of Project Completion be executed for this project.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION ,1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a Certificate of Project
Completion for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development UDAG Grant No.
B -78 -AB -21-0001. Said Certificate is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set out
in full.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
