HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 319546 \v MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 319 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING CHANGES IN THE CITY STREET SYSTEM a WHEREAS, certain streets in the City of Paducah that were built to provide access to property that was previously accessible by city streets but isolated by I-24, do not logically fit in to the state system; and WHEREAS, the majority of these streets were previously city maintenance responsi- bilities that were upgraded to higher quality roads; and follows: WHEREAS, the City accepts these streets from the State of Kentucky. BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. A summary of the proposed additions to the City street system is as 1. Old Olivet Church Road, from the junction with Olivet Church Road (KY 998), extending north to dead end; a distance of 0.145 mile. 2. Frontage Road No. 1 (Flournoy Street), from the junction with Buckner Lane extending west to dead end; a distance of 0.352 mile. 3. Frontage Road No. 2 (Stanley Drive), from the junction with Buckner Lane extending southwest to a point 0.165 mile southwest of beginning; a distance of 0.165 mile. 4.1 Buckner Lane, from the junction with Pecan Drive extending northeast to a point 0.196 mile northeast of beginning; a distance of 0.196 mile. 5. Pecan Drive, from the junction with Buckner Lane extending south to a point 0.194 mile south of beginning; a distance of 0.194 mile. 6. Frontage Road No. 11 (Sunset Avenue), from the junction with Audubon Drive extending west to a point 0.077 mile west of beginning; a distance of 0.077 mile. 7. Frontage Road No. 13, from the junction with Blandville Road (US 62) extending northwest to a point 0.057 mile from beginning; a distance of 0.057 mile. 8. Kennedy Road, from the junction with Lone Oak Road (US 45) extending northwest to a point 0.144 mile from beginning; a distance of 0.144 mile. 9. Martin Circle, from the junction with Lone Oak Road (US 45) extending west to a point 0.031 mile west of beginning; a distance of 0.031 mile. SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
