A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE KCDBG
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND DIVISION OF COMMUNITY PROGRAMS FUND, DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL
GOVERNMENT, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That the application dated January,14,.1986, to the Department of
Local Government, Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $224,057.00 in state funds for an
economic development grant to -extend rail services-into'the Paducah -McCracken County
Riverport in the City of Paducah, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby authorized to execute the
aforesaid application and to file same with the Department of Local Government of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky. Said application is 'attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
