A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REVISION OF SECTION 8
ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. A-2877, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah (herein called the "Local Authority")
proposes to enter into a revision of Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract
Number A-2877 with the United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban
Development (herein called the "Government"); the effective date of said
revision to be the date of execution by the Government of the aforesaid
revision;
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract, number
A -2877E is hereby approved and accepted by both as to form and substance and the
Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute said revision in quadrupli-
cate on behalf of the Local Authority, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to impress and attest the official seal of the Local Authority on
each such counterpart and to forward said executed counterparts, or any of them,
to the Government, together with such other documents evidencing the approval
and authorizing the execution thereof as may be required by the Government.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
