A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING A. HOWARD ARANT TO REPLACE J. ALBERT JONES, WHOSE
TERM HAS EXPIRED, AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL
COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 to KRS 165.200, it is hereby ordered that A.
Howard Arant be appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of Paducah Junior College, to
fill the vacancy created by the expiration of the term of, J: Albert Jones, so that said
Board of Trustees shall be composed of the following City members:
Marshall E. Nemer Howard Z. Gray
William A. Feiler Jack Rottgering
Dr. Walter R. Johnson Mrs. Catherine Hassman
Mrs. Ann Denton Coy Stacey
H. C. Mathis Mrs. Shirley Moore Menendez
A. Howard Arant Dr. Wally 0. Montgomery
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
