MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 490
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE PRE -APPLICATION
FOR STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE LAND AND WATER CONSERVATION
FUND PROGRAM, TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the application for State
assistance under the Land and Water Conservation Fund
Program dated December 13, 1988, to the Department of Local
Government, Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting $20,000.00
in State funds for the participation in the renovation of
tennis courts and the installation of wells for water
quality control in Noble Park; said project estimated to
cost $75,000.00, be approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
kr-_ hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
to file same with the Department of Local Government of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky. Said application is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
