MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 483
A MUNICIPAL ORDER GRANTING C. STANLEY PIRTLE AND
ROBERT F. PIRTLE PERMISSION TO DEMOLISH BUILDING
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners on October 25,
1988, adopted Ordinance No. 88-10-4146, setting forth the �^
conditions upon which the Board of Commissioners could grant
relief from the 90 -day moratorium prohibiting the demolition
of buildings; and
WHEREAS, C. Stanley Pirtle and Robert F. Pirtle
have requested permission to demolish an unoccupied
residence located at 118-B Metcalf Lane which is beyond
repair and is becoming a hazard to the neighborhood; and
WHEREAS, the building proposed to be demolished is
not historically significant to the City of Paducah.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. C. Stanley Pirtle and Robert F.
Pirtle, having met all the requirements of Ordinance No.
88-10-4146, are hereby given permission for demolition of
the structure located at 118-B Metcalf Lane.
SECTION 2. The Building Inspector is authorized
to issue a demolition permit to C. Stanley Pirtle and Robert
F. Pirtle for demolition of the structure at 118-B Metcalf
Lane.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be effective upon
adoption, according to law.
