A MUNICIPAL ORDER GRANTING FRANK ESCUE PERMISSION
TO DEMOLISH BUILDINGS

WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners on October 25,
if 1988, adopted Ordinance No. 88-10-4146, setting forth the
conditions upon which the Board of Commissioners could grant
relief from the 90 -day moratorium prohibiting the demolition
of buildings; and
WHEREAS, Frank Escue has requested permission to
demolish buildings located at 1401 Caldwell Street for the
development of a business at this location; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners finds that the
demolition of the buildings is part of the development of a
business within the City of Paducah which will employ an
additional twenty people, and the demolition is an integral
part of these plans; the 90 day delay will act an an eco-
nomic disadvantage to the developer; the buildings proposed
to be demolished are not historically significant to the
City of Paducah.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Frank Escue, having met all the
requirements of Ordinance No. 88-10-4146, is hereby given
permission for demolition of the structures located at 1401
Caldwell Street.
SECTION 2. The Building Inspector is authorized
to issue a demolition permit to Frank Escue for demolition
of the structures at 1401 Caldwell Street.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be effective upon
adoption, according to law.
