A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A RELEASE OF EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND ROBERT
FERREL
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to LD
execute a Release of Easement between the City of Paducah
and Robert Ferrel. Said Release of Easement is attached
hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. This Order shall become effective
immediately upon adoption, according to law.
