MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 478
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE NOMINATION FOR A
FEDERAL ENTERPRISE ZONE IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMONWEALTH
OF KENTUCKY ESTABLISHING A COURSE OF ACTION
0 BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the nomination dated November 8,
1988, to the Department of Housing and Urban Development,
seeking a designation for an area of Paducah as a Federal
Enterprise Zone, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute an agreement on behalf of the
City of Paducah with the Commonwealth of Kentucky estab-
lishing provisions for the course of action to be carried
out by each governmental entity and providing assurances
that the commitments set forth in said course of action
shall be carried out during the period specified.
y' SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
