BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The following departments are to report to Richard Nash, Director of Planning and Community Development, for any problems that should be brought to the attention of the City Commission: Parks and Cemetery Department, Inspection and Zoning Department, Maintenance Department, Alcoholic Beverage Administrator, and Human Rights Department. The following departments are to report to Gary VanderBoegh, Chief Engineering Technician, for any problems that should be brought to the attention of the City Commis- sion: Street Department, Refuse Department, Vehicle Maintenance Department, Wastewater Treatment Department, and Floodwall Department. The following departments are to report to James W. Utter, Corporation Counsel, for any problems that should be brought to the attention of the City Commission: Police Department, Fire Department and Emergency Communications Department. SECTION 2. Thurman Baker, City Treasurer, shall approve all emergency expenditures over $2,500.00. SECTION 3. Intermediate Supervisors shall approve 0 all routine expenditures of $1,000.00 and less than $2,500.00. SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after and date of its adoption. GERRY B.
