A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE REQUEST FOR
FOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND CABLE RELATED NEEDS
ASCERTAXNMENT FOR CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE RENEWAL;
AUTHORI ING THE PADUCAH CABLE COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY TO
ADVERTI E FOR SAME, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Paducah Cable Communications
Authority is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals
for performance evaluation and cable related needs ascer-
tainment for a cable television franchise renewal, said
to have the minimum specifications according to
the Request for Proposals and specifications attached hereto
and by reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The Paducah Cable Communications
Authority shall advertise for proposals in newspapers to be

publish�d as required by law. All proposals shall be sealed
and no proposal shall be received after the hour fixed in
the notice for opening of same. All proposals received by
the Paducah Cable Communications Authority up to the time
fixed f I r opening of same shall be filed with the Cable
Authori�y, who may let a contract to the best responsible
bidder,land the Cable Authority shall reserve the right to
reject any and all proposals and shall not become legally
obligat d to accept said proposals until the final adoption
of an authorizing ordinance and the execution of a contract.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
