ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING (REVISION
NO. 4), STATEMENT OF PROGRAM APPROACH AND GENERAL STRATEGY,

AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1974 AS AMENDED AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE WESTERN KENTUCKY
REGIONAL MENTAL HEALTH -RETARDATION BOARD, INC.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That Amendment No. I establishing
LTMI (Long Term Mentally Ill) persons as a local preference
to the Administrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing
(Revision No. 4), Statement of Program Approach and General
Strategy, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", be adopted by the
City of Paducah, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a
Memorandum of Understanding with the Western Kentucky
Regional Mental Health -Retardation Board., Inc. relative to
the provision of services.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect September 1, 1988.
