MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 389
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN
APPLICATION TO KENTUCKY POLLUTION ABATEMENT AND WATER RESOURCE FINANCE
AUTHORITY FOR FUNDING TO UPGRADE TREATMENT PLANT TO FACILITATE
TREATMENT FOR LONE OAK SEWER DISTRICT NO. 2
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
WHEREAS, it is the City's desire to upgrade the treatment
plant to accept an additional flow from Lone Oak Sewer District No. 2.
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be authorized to submit an
application to the Kentucky Pollution Abatement and Water Resource
Finance Authority to obtain funding to upgrade treatment plant to
facilitate treatment for Lone Oak Sewer District No. 2.
SECTION 2. This application is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
