MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 417
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR STATE
ASSISTANCE UNDER THE KENTUCKY EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS PROGRAM THROUGH
DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS (,
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: 1�
SECTION 1. That the application dated November 10, 1987, to
the Department of Local Government, Commonwealth of.Kentucky,
requesting $10,000 in state funds for providing temporary shelter to
the homeless in the City of Paducah, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby
authorized to execute the aforesaid 'application rand to file same with
the Department of Local Government Iof the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Said application is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set
forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
