A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING APPLICATION NO. KY36-V137-003
AND EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT, AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah (herein called the "Local
Authority") proposes to make application and enter into a contract
(herein called the "Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract?) with the
United States of America, Department of Housing and Urban. Development
(herein.called the ."Government")'.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The .application for -twenty-five (25) voucher
allocations numbere& KY36-V137-003_'and the Section 8 Annual Contribu-
tions Contract is regard to that application is hereby approved and
accepted both as to formand substance, and the Mayor is hereby autho-
rized ad directed to execute said application, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official seal
of the Local Authority on each such counterpart and to forward said
executed counterparts, or any of them,.to the Government, together with
such other documents evidencing.the approval and authorizing the
execution thereof as may be required by the Government.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date.of its adoption.
