A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A LETTER OF
INTENT TO McCRACKEN COUNTY TO ABANDON EXISTING SEWER STRUCTURE LOCATED
01) ON PRESENT LANDFILL SITE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a
letter of intent to McCracken County that the City of Paducah will
abandon the existing sewer structure located on the present landfill
site.
SECTION 2. This letter is attached hereto and incorporated
by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and affect from
and after the date of its adoption.
