UNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING ANNE F. GWINN TO REPLACE COY
STACEY, WHO HAS RESIGNED, AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE
OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 and KRS 165.200, it is
hereby ordered that Anne F. Gwinn be appointed as a member of the Board
of Trustees of Paducah Junior College, to fill the vacancy created by
the resignation of Coy Stacey, so that said Board of Trustees shall be
composed of the following City members:
Marshall E. Nemer Howard Z. Gray
William A. Feiler Jack Rottgering
J. William Howerton Mrs. Catherine Hassman
Mrs. Ann Denton Mrs. Shirley Moore Menendez
H. C. Mathis, Jr. Dr. Wally 0. Montgomery

SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its adoption.
