MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 543
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL ANTIDIS-
PLACEMENT AND RELOCATION PLAN PURSUANT TO SECTION 104(d),
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah adopts a Resi-
dential Antidisplacement and Relocation Plan pursuant to
Section 104(d), Housing and Community Development Act of
1974, as amended. This plan is attached hereto and incor-
porated by reference as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
