A 1UNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE NARCOTICS CONTROL ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM THROUGH THE JUSTICE CABINET, COMMONWEALTH OF
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
\1 DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application to the Justice
Cabinet, Commonwealth of. Kentucky, requesting $21.5,137.00 in
federal funds for a narcotics control assistance program, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
to file same with the Justice Cabinet of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky. Said application is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if set forth in full herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
