A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR

RENTAL REHABILITATION GRANT \
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has received a Rental
Rehabilitation Grant of $85,000'00; and
WHEREAS, $8,200.00 of the grant is for adminis-
trative expenses; and
WHEREAS, an administrator is required to implement
this grant; and
WHEREAS, Dwayne Stice has offered to serve as the
administrator on a contract basis.
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Dwayne Stice
in the amount of $210.00 per month for a term not to exceed
eighteen (18) months to implement and administer a Rental
Rehabilitation Grant.
SECTION 2.
This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
