MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 532
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT WITH PADUCAH & ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY FOR
AN UNDERGROUND PIPELINE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement with Paducah & Illinois Railroad
Company for license for an underground pipeline. This
Agreement is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if set out in full herein.
SECTION 2. A certified copy of this Municipal
Order will be transmitted to Paducah & Illinois Railroad
Company.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.

I, Lenita Smith, City Clerk of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a
true and correct copy of a Municipal Order adopted by said
City of Paducah, Kentucky, at a meeting on September 12,
1989; that said Municipal Order is still in effect; that the
agreement referred to therein, attached thereto, is in the
form presented to said meeting and in the form executed.
WITNESS the seal of said City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and my signature this 12th day of September, 1989.
