MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 521
A MUNICIPAL ORDER CONFIRMING THAT THE CITY OF
PADUCAH WILL PERFORM DEMOLITION AND CODE ENFORCEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah adopted Municipal
Grant Program.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.

Order No. S3�O on June 27, 1989, which approved an
application for a Community Development Block Grant; and
WHEREAS, during said meeting on June 27, 1989, the
City of Paducah agreed to perform all demolition and
clearance work required by said grant, and to diligently
pursue the enforcement of all City codes relating to
building and nuisances in the grant area.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That should said Community Development
Block Grant application be funded, the City of Paducah will:
1. Perform all demolition and clearance work for
said grant without cost to the Community Development Block
Grant Program; and
2. Adopt and diligently enforce BOCA Housing and
Property Maintenance Codes relating to nuisances in the
project area, at no cost to the Community Development Block
Grant Program.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
