MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 517
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT WITH WEST KENTUCKY CAR CLUB
WHEREAS, West Kentucky Car Club has requested
permission to use Noble Park for an annual car show for a°
period of five years; and
WHEREAS, this event will will be of economical
benefit to the City.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with West Kentucky Car Club in accordance with the
terms of a contract to be approved by the City Manager and
the City Attorney.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect on and after the date of its adoption.
