A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AMENDMENT #2 OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING (REVISION
NO. 4), STATEMENT OF PROGRAM APPROACH AND GENERAL STRATEGY,

AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OFd
1974, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Amendment #2 of the Administra-
tive Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing (Revision No. 4),
Statement of Program Approach and General Strategy reflect-
ing certain changes in federal regulations, attached hereto
as Exhibit "A", be adopted by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
