A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE KENTUCKY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
OFFICE OF COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO
OBTAIN SAID GRANT FOR EXPANSION AND RENOVATION OF THE MARKET
HOUSE THEATRE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The application for state assistance
under the Kentucky Community Development Block Grant Program
dated September 16, 1991, to the Department for Local
Government, Office of Community Programs, Commonwealth of
Kentucky, requesting state funds to assist in the expansion
and renovation of the Market House Theatre, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.
The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all necessary documents, and to file same with the Depart-
ment for Local Government, Office of Community Development
Programs of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Said application
is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
