MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 608
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING A RESIDENTIAL
ANTIDISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN (UNDER
SECTION 104(d) OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT
OF 1974, AS AMENDED), AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAME
'~ BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
• SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute a Residential Antidisplacement and
Relocation Assistance Plan (Under Section 104(d) of the
Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as Amended).
This Plan is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order will be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
