A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN FUNDING THROUGH THE
DIVISION OF FORESTRY, URBAN FOREST TREE PLANTING PROGRAM, -
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, FOR TREE PLANTING PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,. KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The application dated February 26,
1992, to the Division of Forestry, Urban Forest Tree
Planting Program, Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting
$10,000.00 in state funds for a tree planting program in the
City of Paducah, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the Division of Forestry of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Said application is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
