MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 613
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING (JAMES) FRED PAXTON TO
FILL THE VACANCY CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF WILLIAM E.
BEASLEY AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE
OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 and KRS
165.200, it is hereby ordered that (James) Fred Paxton be
appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of Paducah
Junior College, to fill the vacancy created by the
resignation of William E. Beasley, so that said Board of
Trustees shall be composed of the following City members: ✓

William R. Dibert (James) Fred Paxton
J. William Howerton R. Jeffrey Hines
Mrs. Ann Denton Mrs. Shirley Menendez

SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
