MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 615
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN FUNDING THROUGH THE
DIVISION OF FORESTRY, AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL FORESTRY GRANT
PROGRAM, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
COMPUTER AND RELATED SOFTWARE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The application dated March 9, 1992,
to the Division of Forestry, America the Beautiful Forestry
Grant Program, Commonwealth of Kentucky, requesting
$10,000.00 in state funds for the purchase of a computer and
related software, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the Division of Forestry of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Said application is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
