MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 562
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 3 OF THE
\" ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING (REVISION
NO. 4), STATEMENT OF PROGRAM APPROACH AND GENERAL STRATEGY,
AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1974, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Amendment No. 3 of the
Administrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing (Revision
No. 4), Statement of Program Approach and General Strategy
reflecting certain changes in federal regulations, attached
hereto as Exhibit "A", be adopted by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
