A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO SECURE A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FOR THE WEST KENTUCKY EASTER SEAL RECYCLING PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has been awarded a
Kentucky Community Development Block Grant to assist in the
establishment of a paper recycling program at the West
Kentucky Easter Seal Center; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah must enter into a
Grant Agreement with the State of Kentucky to establish the
terms and conditions of said grant; and
WHEREAS, the Grant Agreement requires the City of
Paducah to contract with West Kentucky Easter Seal Center
for implementation of this grant, and to arrange for adminis-
tration of said grant.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah
is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary to
secure a Community Development Block Grant for the West
Kentucky Easter Seal Recycling Project, which documents are
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if set forth in
full herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
